At least 20 women who were victims of sex trafficking and sexual abuse at Jeffrey Epstein properties were paid through JPMorgan Chase accounts, according to a new court filing.

The women were allegedly abused and trafficked at properties in the U.S. Virgin Islands, New York, and elsewhere between 2003 and 2019.

The women received payments that totaled, collectively, more than $1 million, according to the U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Justice, which entered the filing on Feb. 15.

Epstein also withdrew more than $775,000 in cash over that time frame from JP Morgan accounts, especially significant as Epstein was known to pay for ‘massages,’ or sexual encounters, in cash,” the filing states. “Financial information also reflects payments drawn from JP Morgan accounts of nearly $1.5 million to known recruiters, including to the MC2 modeling agency, and another $150,000 to a private investigative firm.”

Epstein was facing sex trafficking charges when he died in jail in 2019. New York City’s medical examiner ruled the death a suicide. Epstein had pleaded guilty to soliciting a minor for prostitution in Florida in 2008.

Then-U.S. Virgin Islands Attorney General Denise George brought a case against JPMorgan Chase in late 2022, alleging the company helped Epstein carry out crimes including sex trafficking. George was fired shortly after, but the case is moving forward.

The new filing is a less redacted version of the first amended complaint, which had been entered into the docket previously.

‘Extremely High-Risk Client’

Evidence shows JPMorgan officials were aware Epstein was an “extremely high-risk client” but decided to keep servicing his accounts “because of his vast wealth and connections with other high net worth individuals,” according to the complaint.

The company’s global corporate security division, for instance, reviewed media articles that detailed the charges against Epstein in Florida. JPMorgan decided to keep doing business with Epstein, though it did label him as “high risk.”

In a 2010 internal email, the division flagged “new allegations of an investigation related to child trafficking” and wondered, “are you still comfortable with this client who is now a registered sex offender.”

In January 2011, the company’s compliance director asked for reapproval of the relationship due to the new allegations of human trafficking. “I thought we did that in approving a $50 million new line of credit last month?” another employee responded.

A review completed that month led to the conclusion that no “material updates” had been identified. It also noted that Jes Staley, a top JPMorgan official, had spoken with Epstein about the alleged human trafficking. Epstein said there was no truth to the allegations or evidence supporting them.

Just two months later, the security division reported how Epstein had settled a dozen lawsuits with alleged victims and that Epstein was connected to Jean Luc Brunel, owner of the MC2 Model Management agency. The agency received $1 million from Epstein in 2005, according to the vision, which stated, “It is unknown if the money was given as a secret investment or payment for services as a procurer.”

“Say Hello To Snow White”: Ex-JPMorgan Exec Emailed Jeffrey Epstein About Disney Princesses. Sex Cult Sells Girls Made Up To Look Like Disney Cartoons.

Former JPMorgan exec Jes Staley discussed Disney princesses with Jeffrey Epstein in a July 2010 email exchange, according to several emails cited in a lawsuit filed against the bank by the US Virgin Islands, Bloomberg reports.

“That was fun,” Staley allegedly wrote to Epstein. “Say hi to Snow White.”

To which Epstein replied: “[W]hat character would you like next?”

Beauty and the Beast.”

Epstein also emailed Staley photos of young women in seductive poses, the filing continues.

According to the Wednesday court filing by US Virgin Islands Attorney General Acting Attorney General Carol Thomas-Jacobs, the exchange was referring to young women and girls procured by Epstein.

Staley, according to the filing, “visited Epstein’s properties in the Virgin Islands and elsewhere,” and “exchanged hundreds of messages with Epstein from his JPMorgan email account in full view of JPMorgan, including some with photos of young women, discussed Epstein’s provision of services to him during his travel on dates that closely corresponded with Epstein’s payments to the same young woman from his JPMorgan accounts, and discussed young women or girls procured by Epstein using the names of Disney princesses.”

Staley, who is not a defendant in this case, or a separate lawsuit against JPMorgan by Epstein victims, has consistently denied knowledge of Epstein’s sexual abuse, while the bank has moved to dismiss both suits – claiming that the allegations against Staley are unsupported.

Epstein and Staley exchanged more than 1,200 emails over several years, however up until now their contents had never been disclosed. Staley – who left JPMorgan to become CEO of Barclays two years later, stepped down from the latter in 2021 following a UK Financial Conduct Authority probe into his relationship with the pedophile financier.

In another email from Staley to Epstein in November 2009 while the latter was under house arrest in Palm Beach, Florida following his release on charges of soliciting a minor for prostitution, Staley, while apparently staying on Epstein’s island, wrote: “Presently, I’m in the hot tub with a glass of white wine,” adding “This is an amazing place. Next time, we’re here together. I owe you much. And I deeply appreciate our friendship. I have few so profound.”

The next month, Staley wrote: “I realize the danger in sending this email,” adding “But it was great to be able, today, to give you, in New York City, a long, heartfelt, hug.”

Unearthed Emails Show Rachel Levine Discussing ‘Potential Revenue’ From Child Sex Change Procedures

  • Assistant Secretary for Health Rachel Levine discussed revenue opportunities resulting from hiring a gender clinic social worker while Levine was serving as Pennsylvania’s acting secretary of health, according to emails obtained by parental rights activist Megan Brock and reviewed by the Daily Caller News Foundation.
  • The pair discussed the potential return on investment and downstream revenue generated by social workers at gender clinics, particularly through surgical referrals.
  • “I am trying to give them some numbers to help them realize the eventual ROI [return on investment] for this necessary position,” the doctor wrote. “Even if the patients under 18 who go for surgery might be limited, the patients we start with will eventually be over 18…so I still think it’s worthwhile. Of course, I think it’s worthwhile no matter what.”

Rachel Levine, who is now assistant secretary for health in the Biden administration, discussed the potential revenue that could be generated by a gender clinic social worker who could advocate for child sex change procedures in emails, reviewed by the Daily Caller News Foundation, with a pediatrician.

Dr. Rollyn Ornstein, a pediatrician at Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital, believed a social worker for the hospital’s gender clinic would generate enough revenue to make funding the position worthwhile, noting that even with age restrictions for sex change surgeries, child patients would eventually turn 18 and be eligible for further interventions, according to emails from 2018 between Rollyn and Levine obtained by parental rights activist Megan Brock and reviewed by the DCNF. Social workers at pediatric gender clinics can work as surgery advocates, gathering letters of recommendation on behalf of minors seeking sex change procedures that insurance companies are otherwise hesitant to cover, according to a 2021 report from the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and the National Association of Social Workers.

Levine recommended a contact for Ornstein to reach out to and said that, while surgical referrals might be limited to only mastectomies for minors, the position would still pay for itself.

“As I am trying to convince the administration about the need for a MSW [Masters in Social Work] position specific for the imminent (?) Gender clinic, I am trying to put together a presentation re: potential revenue, including downstream,” Ornstein wrote. “The info from the 2015 report is great but I believe insurance has changed since then, with more coverage (? For surgery) than previously.” (RELATED: ‘No Harm Was Really Done’: Embattled Gender Clinic Told School To ‘Affirm’ Fifth Graders Who Suddenly Came Out As Trans)

Levine, who at the time was Pennsylvania’s acting secretary of health, was confident that the hospital would be able to fund a social worker in this position, but noted that age restrictions for gender surgeries meant the social worker’s consultations for minors would be limited to “FtM [female to male] top surgeries,” a euphemism for mastectomies. Mastectomies are more commonly performed on minors than other gender-related procedures.

“You should be able to fund a MSW for evaluation and therapy for pediatric and adolescent patients in a program such as you do for the ED program and is done at CHOP,” Levine wrote. “Pre surgical consult for patients under 18 will most likely be limited to FTM Top surgery and that might be a rather limited group of patients.”

Ornstein noted that, even if children were limited in which gender transition surgeries they could get as minors, those children would eventually turn 18, making the social worker’s efforts more financially rewarding.

“I am trying to give them some numbers to help them realize the eventual ROI (return on investment) for this necessary position,” Ornstein said in another email. “Even if the patients under 18 who go for surgery might be limited, the patients we start with will eventually be over 18…so I still think it’s worthwhile. Of course, I think it’s worthwhile no matter what”

Social workers are responsible for advocating for transgender people in a variety of ways, including pressuring insurance companies to cover cross-sex medical interventions including surgeries, according to the National Association of Social Workers.

Financial motives appear to play a major role in advocacy for cross-sex medical procedures; Johns Hopkins Medicine is lobbying Maryland to extend Medicaid coverage to transgender cosmetic procedures it offers, which could financially benefit the university hospital system. A professional association of plastic surgeons has been fighting against state attempts to restrict child sex changes and pushing for enhanced insurance coverage of transgender procedures since at least 2017.

Levine also worked with LGBT activists to block legislation that would have barred state funding from paying for child sex changes.

Levine and Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital did not respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.
