Burning Man census reveals majority of revelers are rich, white, male Democrats – and the average age is 37 … as officials slam ravers for abandoning cars, blankets and their own waste at desert site
A census of Burning Man has revealed that most Burners are wealthy white men who identify as liberal Democrats.
A San Francisco resident said he was attacked by a homeless woman after he told her to stop smoking fentanyl near a children’s playground.
Darren Stallcup was walking around the neighborhood when he spotted multiple drug users smoking in close proximity to the park – and said that there were no police officers around to help the situation.
In the video, the woman, who seems to be set up in her own tent sprawling on the sidewalk, can be heard saying she ‘doesn’t care’ and she can ‘smoke where she wants to.’
People smoking substances are then seen lining the wall that directly neighbors the playground, where kids were seen and heard playing in broad daylight.

Stallcup shared the video, along with the caption: ‘San Francisco. Woman attacks me for telling Her not to smoke fentanyl next to children’s playground. Behind her, 5+ People smoking fentanyl next to Children’s playground’

‘Multiple San Francisco Police Cars, not an officer in sight. Children need a fentanyl free environment, not a fentanyl filled environment. This is a damn shame.

‘Our founding fathers, troops who fought for our country, My Grandma and Grandpa, Your Grandma and Grandpa, are all rolling in their graves.
‘Local San Francisco leaders will resign if they have any divinity left or respect for our community. God help us all.’
He said in a follow up tweet: ‘It is distressing to receive death threats while trying to raise awareness about the grave dangers of fentanyl.
‘Fentanyl is hurting people of all colors, creeds and religions… and it’s disheartening to encounter such hostility.
‘By raising awareness about the dangers of fentanyl, We can save more lives. More life is good. If one of these San Francisco old school dope fiend crack heads want to threaten me, so be it.
‘They ain’t got s**t else going on in they life. Miserable low life b*****ds with nothing better to do than threaten a white boy.’

San Francisco’s once bustling Union Square is facing an exodus of businesses, residents and tourists caused by the city’s lax approach to crime, homelessness and open-air drug use

In the last three months, local and state law enforcements have seized over 100 kilos of narcotics – including 56 kilos of fentanyl – from San Fran’s Tenderloin and South of Market districts.
The San Francisco District Attorney’s Office said three hundred people have been arrested under drug laws and for outstanding warrants as a result.
Mayor London Breed said in a statement: ‘Shutting down open air drug markets is critical to the safety of our neighborhoods and the overall health of our city.
‘We will continue to offer help to people in crisis, but we must hold people accountable who are hurting our communities.’
San Francisco is also part of Operation Overdrive – a federal Department of Justice initiative launched to aid local authorities disrupt criminal drug networks.
District Attorney Brooke Jenkins said: ‘I am grateful to all local, state and federal partners who have come together to share resources and work collaboratively to close open-air drug markets and take our neighborhoods back.’
Shockingly, five people suffered fentanyl overdoses within 24 hours this week in San Francisco. Two of them were fatal, reports the SF Chronicle.
Police said it was probably a ‘bad batch’ that was dealt in the area.
The city, which has had more than 2,200 overdose deaths since 2020, is plagued with Honduran drug dealers who are drawn in and able to thrive in the city due to its relaxed drug policies – some making upwards of $350,000 a year.
In August alone, San Francisco reported nearly 1,670 car break-ins, contributing to the nearly 10,000 thefts from vehicles recorded in the city this year.
Criminals often engage in ‘bipping and boosting,’ smashing car windows and swiftly driving away, frequently targeting multiple parked vehicles in a single day.
Last month, thieves in San Francisco were captured on camera cruising the streets in a Lexus, stopping at parked cars to smash windows and steal valuables inside.
One SUV even had a person sitting in the back when the windows were smashed, but the thief still snatched the victim’s bag before escaping in the waiting Lexus.
Signs can be seen throughout the city warning residents and tourists not to leave anything inside their cars, but the crime rate has remained stubbornly high.
Tourist areas such as the North Beach, Japantown and Presidio have the highest rate of break-ins in cars per 10,000 residents.
As a result of rising crime and drug use in the city, multiple shopping stores have shuttered their doors in recent months.

The bad news? This is true, and it’s disgusting—imagine dropping $30 for a fancy brunch, only to watch a feral human drop trou right as you break open your poached egg! What’s sad, however, is that homelessness is very much an epidemic in San Francisco. I joke here to make it easier to talk about, but it’s no laughing matter.
